Under federal law, regulated refrigerants may only be sold to individuals or companies holding valid EPA Section 608 certification (or Section 609 where applicable).
To complete a purchase, customers must:
- Provide proof of EPA certification
- Or confirm they are purchasing on behalf of a licensed EPA-certified technician
If you are purchasing refrigerant for resale to an EPA-certified individual, you must declare this during checkout.
