Impact Recovery, LLC sells refrigerants and refrigerant cylinders only to individuals and businesses legally authorized to purchase and handle such products under federal law.
By placing an order on this website, you agree to the following:
• You are at least 18 years old
• You are EPA Section 608 certified OR purchasing on behalf of a certified technician/company
• You accept full legal responsibility for the handling, storage, installation, and resale of refrigerant
• You understand refrigerants are regulated substances under the Clean Air Act
• You agree to comply with all local, state, and federal regulations
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Signature may be required upon delivery.
No Cancellations After Shipment
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Returns
Due to federal handling regulations and hazardous material classification, refrigerants are non-returnable once shipped, unless damaged in transit.
Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to:
• Request EPA certification verification
• Cancel suspicious orders
• Refuse service to unauthorized buyers
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Impact Recovery, LLC will be considered fraudulent activity. We will provide order confirmation, IP address, and certification agreement to the payment processor.
